Bantam tank

All our tanks are aluminium. They are hand formed and English wheeled to produce smooth dent free surfaces. Where 2 top halves are joined they are Tig welded inside and out, then the weld wheeled out, never ground out. This results in a superior tank that is less likely to fail. The bases are then double welded in to ensure a full penetration, and all tanks come ready to polish or paint, neither of which is a service we offer.

We have patterns and bucks for the Yamaha Majesty, OW10 works and Mick Andrews Banjo. Bsa Bantam trials. Villiers James trials (small and larger versions) and the MAR Ossa.
These are all made to order and generally have a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks.

We can and do make 1 off's, however if you cannot supply a solid buck then these can work out quite expensive.

In addition to bike tanks, we also produce Aston Martin DB4, DB5, DB6 and the rare DB Volante and Shooting Brake twin tanks, for a major Heritage badged Aston Martin specialist restorer.
