The following are a small selection of some of the chassis we have produced.
Most are made in batches when enough orders have been placed. Some are one off replicas made from an original chassis, from my imagination or from old photos and magazine articles, These you can imagine are quite time consuming.

All our steel frames are built using only the finest British made T45 high tensile tube and gas flux brazed for the strongest possible joints. All brackets and gussets are laser cut from high tensile S514/515 sheet, the correct mating material for T45.

The Aluminium chassis we have produced are all made from 6082 T6, a very strong durable material testament to which is proved in my own special, built in 1999 and with over 40,000 miles now clocked.

The frames are constructed in our own purpose made fully adjustable jig which has been machined all over to ensure the accuracy of our frames.
